• Appointment requests made through this website are confirmed only after our team contacts you by phone, WhatsApp, SMS or email.
• Service prices may vary based on hair length, product selection and customisation, and will be communicated before the service begins.
• We reserve the right to reschedule or decline an appointment due to staff availability or unforeseen circumstances; we will inform you in advance wherever possible.
• Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or rescheduling.

3. Communication Consent (RCS, WhatsApp & SMS)

4. Payments, Cancellations & Refunds

• Payments for services and products are made at the salon unless otherwise agreed.
• If you cannot attend an appointment, please inform us at least 4 hours in advance.
• Advance payments for bridal or package bookings, where applicable, are refundable or adjustable as per the terms communicated at the time of booking.
• Products once sold can be exchanged only if unopened and reported within 48 hours with proof of purchase, subject to inspection.

5. Client Responsibility

• Please inform our staff of any allergies, skin conditions or sensitivities before a service. A patch test may be recommended for certain treatments.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the details (name, phone number, email) you submit through our forms.
